SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a unit case of a loop type air conditioner which can reduce the number of components in view of the above-described conventional problems, and is easy to manufacture as well as to suppress a defective manufacturing rate as much as possible.
In order to achieve the above object, the unit case of the roof type air conditioner according to the present invention has an evaporator and its related parts or a condenser and its related parts arranged on an upper surface thereof, and a base formed by pressing an FRP disc in a predetermined form. It is characterized in that it comprises a plate and a cover plate of a cap (cap) formed by press-forming the FRP disc in a predetermined form having a skirt (assembly) assembled by the base plate and the fastening means to surround the internal parts.
According to one preferred feature of the present invention, the base plate and the cover plate, the FRP sheet is pressed between the two polyethylene film (polyethlene film) by impregnating the glass fiber in the resin mixture for high temperature curing blended with predetermined raw materials It is produced by the so-called sheet molding compound (SMC) method which is injected into a hot forming mold and molded under high temperature and high pressure.

The loop type air conditioner consists of a condenser unit and an evaporator unit in which predetermined components are built in the case, but the internal structure of the case differs depending on the components included therein, and the basic structure of the case is the same. Meanwhile, the base plate 11 and the cover plate 14 of the unit case C of the present invention are manufactured by press molding an FRP disc of high strength for weight reduction.
